What products do you sell in the Clean O'Clock store?

Currently we offer our signature branded car air fresheners, available in Cherry and Black Ice. We're always working on expanding our range — keep an eye on the store for new products coming soon.

How long do the car air fresheners last?

Our car air fresheners last between 10 and 20 days depending on conditions such as temperature and airflow in your vehicle.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse the store, add your items to cart, and checkout. We'll take care of the rest.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to offer order pick-up unless you have a scheduled cleaning service with us where we can drop it off at your place.

How much is delivery

Shipping will be calculated at checkout via NZ Post.

What is your refund and returns policy?

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to process change of mind returns. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Can I pay in-person?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer in-person payments at this stage. Please contact us directly for more details. 

Where can Clean O'Clock NZ gift cards be redeemed?

Our gift cards can be redeemed for any of our residential cleaning services across Christchurch and select surrounding Canterbury areas.

How long are gift cards valid for?

All Clean O'Clock NZ gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

What services can I use my gift card towards?

Gift cards are strictly redeemable for residential cleaning services, including regular house cleaning, premium cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans. They cannot be applied to commercial properties or non-residential bookings.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Simply quote your unique gift card code when making a booking online or contacting our team. The gift card balance will be applied directly toward your service total.

What happens if my cleaning service costs less than the gift card value?

Any remaining balance will stay on your gift card for future bookings until the balance is fully used or the 2-year expiry date passes.

Can I transfer my gift card or exchange it for cash?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
